Refund Policy

1. Course/Class Packages

• If you cancel your course before the first class/session begins, you will receive a 100% refund of the monthly/course fee.
• If you cancel after attending the first class, you may be eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining unused sessions.
• Once more than 25% of the sessions/course is completed, no refunds will be issued.

2. Missed or Rescheduled Classes

• Refunds are not provided for missed classes.
• Students can request rescheduling (subject to coach availability for one-to-one classes only) if informed at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Technical Issues

• If you face technical issues from our side (server outage, class not conducted), we will provide a make-up class or extend your subscription.
• Refunds will not be issued for internet or device issues on the student’s side.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
