- The Coach shall conduct online chess lessons for students as per the Academy’s schedule.
- The Coach must maintain professional behaviour, punctuality, and discipline during classes.
- The Coach shall follow the Academy’s teaching syllabus, policies, and guidelines.
- The Coach shall not use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language or behaviour.
- Payment shall be made within 5 days after month completion as per the agreed rate per hour / per session.
- The Coach shall not demand fees directly from students.
- The Coach shall not disclose or share student details, contact information, or Academy materials to third parties.
- The Coach needs to make his/her own study material including exercises and assignments.
- Teaching material, syllabus, and resources provided by the Academy remain the intellectual property of the Academy.
- Recorded classes will be the property of the Academy.
- The Coach shall maintain a respectful and encouraging environment for students.
- Discrimination, harassment, or misconduct of any kind will not be tolerated.
- The Academy reserves the right to terminate the Coach’s engagement for unprofessional behaviour.
- The Coach is responsible for maintaining stable internet connectivity, webcam, microphone, and chess software required for online teaching.
- The Academy shall not be liable for class disruptions due to the Coach’s technical issues.
- The Coach shall comply with applicable laws, including child safety and online teaching regulations.
- This Agreement does not create an employer-employee relationship; the Coach is considered an independent contractor.
- If you are unable to conduct a scheduled class for any reason, you must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice (Coach: 15 days; Academy: 1 day).
By applying and/or working as a coach with the Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
